Will fees and coupons work with Square POS?
Initially, fees and coupons will not be supported for Square POS. However, they will still function for online orders, and Square does offer a fee and coupon option.
Will I be able to use Square gateway for online payments too?
Yes, you can use Square for online payments.
Is there a way to know if my Square account has POS devices connected?

Why can I only select one location for my online space?
Initially, there will be one single business location for both online and POS payments.
Can I use multiple payment gateways (e.g., Stripe and Square) at the same time?
Currently, multiple payment gateways are not fully supported.
What about refunds? How will those work?
Currently, we do not support refunds. However, you can refund through Square which will be reflected on your account.
Can I manually change the status for an order?
Manual status changes for orders are not supported in the current version of Tickets Commerce. This is a feature that may be added as part of order management in the future.
Does Square also have the 2% commission fee like Stripe?
Similar to Stripe, payments processed through Square for Event Tickets incur a 2% commission fee, on top of any fees charged by Square. This commission fee is waived if you have Event Tickets Plus installed.
